The Tigers' Crackers

Tigers’ Crackers delves into the use of the human voice on the 20th century avant-garde, concert hall music and beyond. From well-notated pitch material to recitations of surrealistic texts to sound-poetry and choral works, composers alongside vocalists have been rediscovering the great versatility of the human voice. In this programme we’ll be gathering a few grains of those voices reflecting upon their texts and textures.
